INTRODUCTION

Welcome to my physical improvement catalogue. These are some physical routines that I myself practice on a daily basis. Remember that taking care of your physical appearance is also important as taking care of our mental, spiritual or emotional health. I will not share routines that I haven't practiced. Go through and see which physical routine you need to improve on or start practicing. Have fun 😊.

One of my favorite physical improvement practices is face πŸ‘©β€πŸ¦°care. I struggled with freckles and dark spots on my face, and I had to find a solution. For me, I used turmeric soap 🧼or goat milk soap. Both work wonders, so find what works best for you 😊.

This an activity that I need to consistently do. I actually struggle with this. Exercising. Most of us are so tired 😴 when we get home from work and can't even put in an hour of physical activity. But what I do on Saturday mornings is exercise for 30 minutes the maximum and I try my best to stick to it even though I slack off sometimes πŸ˜…. So, get exercising! it will also do wonders for your blood pressure.

I love practicing my skin care routine. I use vitamin E oil to moisturize my whole skin at nights; sometimes I mix it with olive oil as well. Leaves your skin feeling soft and πŸ’« radiant. Different products work well for different people. So, find your product and take care of your skin 😊.

This physical-improvement routine is one of the routines that many persons neglect. Caring for the teeth. I see my dentist at least once a year; I do cleaning and filling if necessary. When we speak to people, the first place they're looking is in our eyes πŸ‘€ and πŸ‘„mouth. So, get those teeth looking beautiful 😬.

Another of my favorite routines is caring for my πŸ‘±β€β™€οΈhair. I have natural hair and I'm loving it. What works best for me is braiding. Braiding grows my hair and edges. And of course, washing regularly if needed, especially if dandruffs are an issue. For females, πŸ‘©β€πŸ¦°our hair is our beauty, and πŸ§”β€β™‚οΈmen please keep your hair well groomed.

Nail πŸ’…care is deemed as trivial to so many people. But it's a part of self-care. Sometimes even my fingernails are easily clogged with dead skin, and I have to book an appointment with my nail technician to fix the issue. So, guys get those nails fixed and cleaned, remember we cook and hold our children. The last thing we need is bacteria being transferred 😊.

Oral hygiene is one the most important physical improvement practices we all need to maintain. Keeping your breath fresh throughout the day is very important especially if your job requires you to come in direct contact with a lot of persons daily. So, get those mints and mouthwashes in πŸ‘„πŸ˜Š.

Lastly, how you dress says a lot about who you are, and people will treat you as such. People won't respect a dirty looking, raggedy haired person. So, it's of utmost importance to dress well, smell well and look well. And this goes for both men and women. Trust me, it will boost your confidence 360 degrees 😊.
