Investing is a long-term practice. Research as much as possible about tariffs and the stock market industry itself, because investing comes with risks. I'm not much of a world traveler, but I know there are a lot of persons who enjoy taking the plane like taxis. We only have one shot in living our best lives: putting God first and doing the most genuine activities that brings us happiness and peace.

In this article blog, I'll share how I came across this amazing travel method, and the basic steps you can take to start your journey. This method can be used to earn your mileages to travel the world and also redeem them for hotel stays.

I'm going to assume that most Americans already know about this. But as a Jamaican, I only discovered this method a few months ago from a YouTuber by the name of Shameeka Smith who solo travels. And I'd like to share what I've learnt in just three simple steps with persons who aren't aware that this exists.

American Airlines and other partner airlines offer a fantastic deal to anyone who wishes to sign up and become a part of their venture. So, to all my travel buddies this is a great opportunity for you.

Step 1: Google search American Airlines' official website and look for AAdvantage.

Step 2: When you find AAdvantage, click sign up. Create your password (memorize or write down your password and your membership number).

Step 3: After you sign up, go ahead and google search 'AAdvantage E-Shopping'. You'll see a curated list of marketplaces (Walmart, E-bay etc) offering mileages for specific products purchased. You earn different level of mileages for certain category of products. So read through and familiarize yourself with what the platform has to offer. Trust me, It's easy.

Note 1: It's an online shopping platform, so you must make purchases in order to gain mileages. If you decide to purchase any product on any of the marketplaces, your mileages will go to your AAdvantage account.

Note 2: Remember your mileages can also be used for redemption of hotel stays. But you MUST earn enough mileages to cover goals.

Entrepreneurship is a mindset. One has to be focused and intentional in business whether it's an online or physical business. It also requires skill and new fresh ideas in keeping your target audience engaged. With that being said, I'll be discussing 5 habits I practice on a daily basis to keep me motivated. And if you're a new entrepreneur like me, you may have our own daily routine which is good; but for someone else who is just starting out, I hope these habits add some level of value.

Daily Habit 1 👉 Practice Prayer: As a child of God, I can't leave this one out. Prayer gives you direction, purpose and unlocks supernatural ideas that your natural man can't do. Prayer sets the tone and gives you confidence for the day. Mind you, this is one of my personal entrepreneurial habits that works for me, someone else might not include prayer. But I'd recommend it even if you're not a Christian.

Daily Habit 2 👉 Morning Planning: Set clear goals for your day and be intentional. Meaning, what do you want to accomplish for the day. Don't just wake up and running around in circles without any direction, it leads you nowhere. If it's an online business and you wish to create a website or build an online store; ask yourself these questions

1. How do I build a website?

2. Who do I turn to for help for this website?

3. Which website hosting can I use?

Take the necessary steps towards achieving these goals and you'll surely surprise yourself.

Daily Habit 3 👉 Stay Updated in Your Niche: Follow podcasts on other social media platforms and watch YouTube videos that are similar to your content. This helps you to stay updated, informed and adaptable. Watch what your competitors are doing; and no🖐️you're not copying. You're observing, expounding and capitalizing on what they're doing and making it better. This is very important to do as competitors' audience will be your audience too and then you'll know what your audience is interested in.

Daily Habit 4 👉Take Your Breaks: Take your regular breaks as this technique helps to reboot your brain. Yes! you'll get excited when you're seeing results but don't get too caught up to the point where you crash your mental health. In making tasks easier for you, use aid tools like calendars and project management software to organize your goals and plans better. Moreover, over working is a recipe for disaster. Remember 'work without play, makes Jack a dull boy'.

Daily Habit 5 👉 Networking: Engage with entrepreneurs in your community or niche. Get to know what they know. Learn what they learn and apply it. Don't be afraid to ask questions and be open. Try your very best to online business meetings and attend webinars. You'll be surprised of some of the beautiful souls you meet.

Daily Habit 6 👉 Consistency: The key for success in any business is consistency. Especially in the online space where your business won't grow over night, you have to keep at it. You have to keep pushing and make sure you have valuable content that people will not be able to refuse so easily. Ask yourself; is my content helping someone? and adjust your goals from there. So, if your goal is to post 3 times a week, stick to that goal and honor it. If it's to post 3 times a day, stick to it as well. God will send the right audience at the right time.

Daily Habit 7 👉 Reflection & Review: End your day by reflecting on accomplishments. Write down your mistakes, challenges and what you can do to be better. In other words, jot down your areas for improvement. Adjust your strategy accordingly and celebrate small wins. Celebrating wins will boost your self-confidence which needed in Business. Moreover, as you keep going, the mistakes must lessen.
